Return Policy

Returns may be made within 30 days of your receipt of product. Items must be received in resalable condition, i.e., unused/unopened products in original packaging.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges of opened products, special orders or sale items.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.

Secure Transactions

Noble Canine's (Reg Trademark) order system is secure and uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for secure transactions. We only accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or bank wire. We do not accept checks.

Shipping and Handling

All orders will ship within 24 business hours from the receipt of the order. Noble Canine™ offers three levels of delivery service from our fulfillment center provided by UPS:

Express Overnight Order will be received in 1-2 days

Expedited 2nd Day Air Order will be received in 2-3 days

Standard Ground Order will be received in 5-7 days

Your credit card is not charged until your package is ready for shipping. In the unlikely event your items are on back order will notify you by email and maintain your order unless otherwise notified.
