SHIPPING
1. What type of shipping service is used?
Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Due to the nature of the product and for your protection, all shipments will require a signature upon request. Noble Canine is not responsible for any lost shipments. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
2 What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are determined by the total order. This would be inclusive of weight and size. Rush orders can be processed at an additional charge.
3.What is the delivery time?
All orders are processed Monday-Friday. Standard delivery time is 7-14 days. Due to the limited amount of quantity that is produced for each item, we will notify you if it is not in stock. Reorders can take up to 30 days.
4. Can orders be shipped internationally?
International orders are processed in accordance to each country’s specifications. In the European Union, VAT is added. International shipping charges are based on the carriers specifications to include duties and customs charges.
SALES TAX
1. Is Sales tax charged?
Sales tax is charged according to the guidelines of each state.
EXCHANGES /RETURNS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
If the merchandise is damaged, then a Return Authorization number must be issued by Noble Canine to return the product. Returns must include the original packaging, attached hangtags and must not be used. RA numbers will only be authorized with 2 days of receipt of the product. All shipping charges for exchanges will be charged to the sender. C.O.D.’s are not accepted. Shipping charge/insurance and handling fees will not be included in the exchange.

Is there a handling charge?
There is a $25.00 handling charge for exchanges.
Items excluded from returning/exchanging
Due to health regulations, carriers and blankets are not returnable. Please not the details and sizes of the items prior to ordering. If you have question please contact us for guidance before finalizing your order.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Noble Canine is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.
PRODUCTS
Is the handbag a true pet carrier?
Noble Canine carries various designers. Size, pound limits will be listed for each carrier. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the dog has adequate air to breathe through the flaps that are provided on each side of the bag. The carriers that are qualified for air travel will inform you of that in the description of the carrier. The dog should never be left in the carrier unsupervised. It is important that every owner is responsible for the well being of their pet.

What is the maximum pet weight for the handbags?
That depends entirely on which designer bag chosen. You will receive clear weight restrictions on each bag. Commonly the weight is 6-8lbs but there are bags that carry up to 15lbs. So read your descriptions carefully. Again any questions, be sure to ask for our assistance before finalizing your order.
How do I care for the products?
Cashmere sweaters/blankets-The cashmere can be hand washed or dry cleaned. If dry cleaned. It is recommended that the buttons, chains and logo plates are covered by aluminum foil by the dry cleaner to protect the sheen of the buttons and chains. Other fabrics, such as Taffeta, silk, or faux hides should be dry cleaned or spot cleaned. All beds have zippers to remove the cover to clean properly. ALWAYS dry in a home dryer on gentle or air to prevent shrinking or buckling.
Handbags/carriers can be cleaned by wiping out the interior with damp cloth with 1/8 capful of Lysol. Always Air dry without machine before returning pet to carrier.
SIZES
For all apparel, a sizing chart is provided. All the garments are made to the specifications of the sizing chart. Be sure to review the appropriate sizing chart which should be available on the site of the garment you are considering. Each designer/manufacturer has their own size charts. Some styles may vary due to the nature of the fabrication.
